  Michael Grenie

Price Morgan

Actor

Currently a resident of Long Beach, Michael has been acting for nearly 40 years.  Having appeared on stages from Northern California’s historic gold country to the Chicagoland area and around Southern California, whether it be comedy, drama or musical, he is at home on the stage.

Michael became a member of TTC in 2004 when then Artistic Director Janet Miller, who had previously worked with him on the original musical Buffalo Betty’s Wild West Revue, invited him to “come play with us in Torrance.”  Michael auditioned for The Crucible and the rest is history.

He has appeared on stage in over a dozen TTC productions as well as working back stage on several others.

Some favorite non-TTC roles include Herod in J.C. Superstar, Will Parker in Oklahoma, Col. Pickering in My Fair Lady, Dracula in Dracula, Richard in The Lion in Winter, Algernon in The Importance of Being Earnest, and the title role in the Los Angeles premiere of The Giver.

Michael’s personal philosophy…"Don’t forget to dance.”
